02 / Origin
Built from the billing floor up.
Most analytics work in healthcare stops at a report. Ours started with a simpler question: where is the money actually going? Answering it meant getting into denial codes, payer behaviour, CPT-level profitability and the gap between what gets billed and what gets banked.
That work taught us something that generalises well beyond healthcare — most businesses are not short on data, they are short on the connective tissue between data and action. So we started building that tissue: dashboards people actually open, automations that quietly remove hours, and now AI agents that take the repetitive work off the desk entirely.
Today EmergLabs works across seven capabilities, from revenue cycle intelligence through to search visibility in an era where the answer often arrives before the click. Different surfaces, same discipline.
