Our analytics and automation work supports decision-making. It does not constitute clinical, legal, accounting or investment advice, and it does not replace your own professional judgement or your compliance obligations.

The EmergLabs name, logo, site design and written content are our property. Deliverables produced under an engagement are assigned or licensed to the client as set out in that engagement's agreement.

This site links to and embeds third-party tools, including the Calendly scheduler. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third-party services.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability arising from contracted work is addressed in the relevant engagement agreement.
