When you submit our contact form or book a call, we receive the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, company and a description of what you need.

Our booking flow is provided by Calendly. Information you enter into that scheduler is processed by Calendly under their own privacy policy.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver contracted work and keep you updated about your project.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver the services you have engaged us for.

Where an engagement involves protected health information or other regulated data, handling is governed by the specific agreement — including any Business Associate Agreement — executed for that engagement. Those terms take precedence over this page.

We apply least-privilege access, limit data to what a project genuinely requires, and return or dispose of client data at the end of an engagement on request.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic, page usage and actions such as booking a call or opening the contact email form. We do not send names, email addresses, message contents or other form entries to Google Analytics.

Analytics storage is disabled unless you select ‘Accept analytics’. Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalization remain disabled. You can accept, decline or later change your choice through ‘Analytics preferences’ in the website footer.

Embedded third-party components — such as the Calendly scheduler — may set their own cookies when you interact with them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We may update this policy as our services change. Material changes will be reflected by the revision date shown above.
